Colleen McSpirit, Founder
"Music is an art imbued with power to penetrate into the very depths of the soul." -- The Ancient Greeks.

Crystal Bowl Meditation helps balance emotions, enhance
relaxation as well as boost the immune system along with creating healing where
needed. Crystal Bowl therapy is
believed to help heal cancer, Alzheimer’s and other memory disorders, IBS, addictions,
and stress.
Group meditations are held in one-hour sessions and begin
with some light yoga. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket,
pillow, and anything else that would make them comfortable. Private sessions are available upon
request.
In 1992 suffering from Epstein Barr, also know as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Colleen McSpirit
discovered the healing effects of music while listening over and over to a cassette tape of
the Grateful Dead’s Bill Kreutzmann and Mickey Hart playing "Drums". She pulled that tape out again to help her through grief when having a
stillbirth in 2001 and once again a few years later when going through a divorce. Further studies proved what she
instinctively knew - music heals.
Playing piano and dancing since the age of 3, Colleen lives
what Plato stated, “Music gives soul to the universe and wings to the mind.”
She believes as the Ancient Greeks did that music has power. Lose yourself
in music and you are nourished in ways you aren't even conscious of at first.
Colleen is a member of the Sound Healing Association, NJ/NY Drum Circles and
Wellness Through Sound and Music. She holds an associate’s degree from the
Fashion Institute of Technology, bachelor’s degree from NYU and a master’s
degree from Drew University. She is attending on-going classes in various music
techniques including chanting, drumming, and dance.
